Hired a car fiat Tipo which I liked for 4 daysThought my new car would be ready but more fool me.I hired a electric van which has changed my opinion about electric vehicles for the better.Good to deal with in the office, vehicles nice and tidy when received and rung up twice to extend vehicle rental which wasn't a problem.

I am very happy with Intack car hire. Reliable and great cars. Customer service is excellent and friendly. I have been using them for quite a few years and happy every time. My experience has been positive.This car I enjoyed driving I highly recommend this company for car hire.

Van itself was great, quick with booking and picking up and returning. Man who did handover with keys and checks was friendly.Lady who was first point of contact when entering on Reception was rude, looked like she could not be bothered with us at all, just came across very unfriendly, poor customer service skills.Prices online slightly misleading to what it is when you book.The other Lady we met when returning the van keys was very nice, polite she had great customer service.

Can't fault. Booked a minibus to collect. Arrived, bus was ready,­everything explained.­Reasonable prices so on the whole a good job
