Van spot on. No issue with collection or condition and in previous review Intack scored highly.­However on this occasion, points lost on drop off on 16 October. Signs say office is open until 5pm and gates close at 8pm. Arrived at 4.50pm and everything locked up with no means of access.Had to turn my wife around as she was on her way to collect me, take the van back home and then trail back to site early on Sunday morning as rental expired at 9.00am.Did take the edge off the experience

Hidden costs that there is no mention of on their website. Charged 28 pound for a non UK license that can be checked on the DVLA website for free. Living in Spain I have to change my license although all my details are kept at DVLA because I am a UK national and took my tests in the UK. Also the hidden insurance costs at 9 a day.

Great service from the booking staff, Cathy was very helpful. The car was new and had no issues, I had to drop a star because when I was dropping the car back off I made the handover guy aware of a scratch which wasnt visible in the wet. I told him Id taken a picture of said scratch after picking the car up and it drying outside my house. He wasnt very good at listening so I went in showed the booking staff the picture and all the wedding pictures I had taken afterwards. All sorted in the end, thanks to Cathy and the team
