I have to say that I have received excellent service from everyone at Intack. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I was also very impressed with the Van I was given. It made my long journey comfortable and easy. Thank you to all the staff at Intack!

Hired a van with my sister on Sunday 5th April 2026. The tan was great to drive and was just what we needed and the two men who handed over the van were friendly and helpful although we were relieved that they noticed the Adi-Blue needed filling. If they hadnt noticed the man said we would have broken down.The Receptionist was not very friendly or helpful at all. She did not smile and her tone was cold and almost as if she couldnt be bothered to serve us. The prices are very confusing and this is not transparent and obvious on the website. I thought Id paid for the van online at 84.90 but this had to be refunded as my sister had to pay on her card 250 deposit which she is still waiting to be refunded. I am still waiting for the 84.90 to go into my account which the Receptionist said she had refunded but then was asked for 104 because she said do I want the damage waiver fee which I agreed to but she gave no real explanation of what money covered what and the difference between what is advertised on the website and then what it is in reality. Then we were told that you have to top up the fuel to a full tank which it started with.All this is not mage apparent when booking on line and it was disappointing that the Reception didnt appear to care to inform her. Front of house staff are the face of the business and are instrumental in delivering a service where your custom is valued and be eager to help and explain the processes and procedures to you as well as what the payments are for.I definitely think all the deposit and extra charges should be displayed more clearly on your website as it is misleading with the pricing. In this day and age there are not many people who can afford 250 up front. Mixed emotions about the service.

Found the process time consuming. The deposit of 250 pound which I was unaware of previously is excessive as well as the accident cover and i have to wait for 5 days for that to clear back into my bank. Not really very helpful at the desk

When I decided after about five months that I wanted to switch to an automatic, it was arranged quickly and without any hassle at all, which I really appreciated.The cars are always spotless, well maintained, and reliable, and the pricing is very reasonable.What really makes the difference is the personal level of service having someone who is proactive, responsive and genuinely takes pride in looking after customers makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free.Its refreshing to deal with a company that clearly values good service and long-term customer relationships.
