Took a hire for 3 days. While the car did have some pre-existing damage, this was told to me and noted when I booked and I was very confident and reassured with the service.The vehicle itself was a very good spec with lots of extras, (heated seats etc.). They make it clear at booking that your vehicle could come from a possible selection, so it's pot luck, but I got a good one. I'm sure all the other cars in their fleet would be of a similar standard though.The cost of hire was one of the cheapest around, even compared with the likes of Enterprise, Intack were cheaper on a like-for-like example.Would 100% use them again.

Intack has always been awesome when we rock up at short notice for a van or when we prebook for a small car. We have hired about half a dozen vehicles from them over the past few years and there was only one vehicle that wasnt perfect, but its to be expected from a hire car that appeared to be towards the end of its life. The vehicles have always been reliable and clean and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend them!

Very good very good vehicles vehicles are very clean and would definitely use them again. I do always try to use independent companys and this one is outstanding. Well done Ken Kay and team.

Intack has held a freeze on funds on my debit card for four weeks even though I didn't hire a vehicle with them...only made a booking enquiry! Despite me following up countless times they keep delaying releasing the funds, causing major stress and inconvenience. Bank can't do anything with 'pending' holds; has to be released by them as the merchant. Strongly recommend you avoid this company. Very upsetting.

Got charged 95.00 for tiny scratch small as 10p.Never using again. Very dissatisfied.
