Would not go anywhere else I've hired a few cars over the years and never had any issues, staff are always helpful and the cars are always spotless and at competitive prices

Hired a small van for the week, van was clean and dent free, the price was not bad but could have been cheaper!Fast, efficient service from picking van up to dropping it off again.

Avoid, paid 500 deposit over a week ago and still havent got it back. they've stated that theres issues with bank transactions?? If they know about it why hasn't it been addressed! Shame as the van hire was deccent...
Intack response: Hi, thanks for your feedback and Im sorry to hear that you havent received your deposit back in the timeframe expected, it depends on the length of your hire as to wether we do a pre authorisation deposit or wether we actually take the deposit, if it was a pre authorisation it normally takes 5 - 7 working days for it to clear back to your account, if we took the deposit your refund would have been done and clear back normally within 3 days.If you would like to email me your res number to customer.service@intack.co.uk I will have a look in to the issue and come back to you as soon as possible.RegardsLee

I rented a 17 seater minibus to take the family out to beamish and bamburgh castle for the day, I choose intack because their price was the cheapest and I'm glad I did. The staff are great, very welcoming and the mini bus was like new I definitely will use them again if I need another mini bus.
