Smashing place. Had an emergency arise and everyone was closed or full other than intack. Called them on a Sunday at half 12 for a same day car and they was able to offer me one. Sign up and pick up was smooth, quick and painless:) dropping the car off was quick also. Didn't try fobbing you off with "new" scratches or dents like some places. Definitely recommend this place for any car or van needs.

Hired a Luton box van with tail lift recently. Vehicle was clean and Hanover was quick. The VW version didnt have any parking sensors either from or rear which was disappointing especially if you don't take out the insurance waiver, you pay the first 1000 of a claim. This brings me to the issue that stops me giving 5 stars. Website gives you the lowest possible price if you rented for a month. If you want to hire for say, three days the price rises considerably. Dont forget to add the insurance waiver which in my case was 40 ish. If price is an issue ring them to get a correct price and dont rely on the internet.

Needed a large vehicle capable of carrying over 4m inlength. Thought of a flat back but the branch advised on a long wheel base van. Worked fine and was easy to drive. Staff very helpful even when I struggled to find the USB connection. Great people, excellent vehicles and reasonably priced.

All the staff I had contact with were excellent, prices seem very reaso­nab­le­com­pared to other van rentals. I would happily recommend, and I have already booked another van!

Hired several vans and cars from them over the years. The staff are always efficient and helpful, from the reception staff to the yard staff.The vehicles are always in excellent condition.I would have no difficulty in recommending them.
