Never used them before, just a 24 hour van hire.Phoned the office, staff very pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful. Their pricing is excellent. Received informative email of what was required to pick up the vehicle.5.00 pick up. Two staff on reception, seen immediately. After just over 5 minutes all checks completed and asked to pick up the van.Two efficient yard staff, moved and checked vehicle, again just a few minutes and I had the keys and was away.­Unfortunately the move did not go as planned, I phoned the office who were once again very helpful and we worked out a solution to dropping it off later.Once again when I finally arrived the gentleman helped me park the van and leave in my own vehicle.If it was possible to give more than 5 stars I would, a thoroughly professional business.

I have used Intack Self Drive for a number of years and always get professional, friendly service from all the staff. The cars are always clean and the rates competitive. Would definitely recommend.

Just returned a van I hired for 24 hours. Van was great and really clean.The guys doing the handovers both when I picked it up and returned were great. Really friendly and helpful.Only real complaint is the service from the front counter. When I collected the van, the front counter staff seemed annoyed that I was there. Didn't really engage with me and seemed surly.Such a shame that the front desk let this company down but it really tainted the experience.
