Very unhappy - we have hired van's and car's for 2 years and have always been satisfied. Up until recently we hired a LWB van that had many dent's and scuff's - after a trip down to nottingham we returned the van the following day only to be told one of the dent's was our responsibility. Which was nigh on impossible as I would have noticed if i had hit something on the motorway or someone had hit me!Because it was my word against their's my 100 deposit was not returned. Really upset that 2 and half years worth of loyalty and custom counted for nothing.Moral of the story is no matter how nice the person seem's its better to point out every little scratch and take pictures and video's - a bit pedantic but better than getting your fingers burnt on return.

I am hard to please but Intack SD did it. Excellent customer service, well maintained vehicles and no hoops to jump through! Very happy customer.

My business hired it's 1st vehicle from Intack Self Drive back in 1985 and has continued to hire their vehicles ever since on a regular basis - various sizes of van, trucks & the occasional car. The staff are always helpful and accommodating and more importantly the vehicles are always well prepped and reliable. Hire rates are competitive and as long as they continue to offer the same quality service I shall continue to hire from them.

From booking through to picking up and returning the car my experience with the Intack team was smooth, friendly and professional. I was given a good demo of the Fiat 500 when I picked it up and they even arranged to collect it from my home on my return. Great value for money and friendly service.
