Long queue to pick the van up and then charged 5.00 for topping up the fuel when the tank was filled before handing it back. Disgraceful behaviour: avoid.In response to the owner: Saturday morning was the booking. The longer queue is understandable on a Saturday morning but the 5.00 fuel 'top up' is a disgrace.
Intack response: Hi, Thank You for your feedback were sorry that you had to queue for your vehicle, Monday mornings can be really busy sometimes! Unfortunately I cannot see where you have been invoiced for fuel? Weve checked our check in details and the invoice system and cannot see an invoice on either? Again apologies for you delay yesterday.
