The van was presented clean and tidy and in tip top condition and was perfect for our needs (as is always the case when we've hired from Intack) and we will be back again should we require another hire vehicle. Many thanks.

The ladies at the frontdesk were really helpful and polite. The whole system was easy and quick. The vehicle provided was excellent for then journey I made and made the whole holiday plesent knowing I had a good reliable vehicle. I would be using Intack again. Thank you so much.

DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS!I hired a car of them and upon return, I was accused of damaging their wheel.I showed the managing director rob proof and he made excuses saying it wasnt clear - someone needs to go specsavers.­Managing director rob who works there for 29 years couldnt answer my question when I challenged him stating if I damaged the wheel then how come the tyre wasnt damaged? He didnt answer that question.I have read other reviews where others stated they were also accused.My advice to anyone is avoid this place alltogether. If it cannot be avoided take pictures of the whole vehicle in detail and dispute it with your credit card company for a chargeback. Your credit card company will fight for you.

Just like to say what a great job Intack did for us getting a large vehicle at almost only 12hrs notice due to being let down by another company. Their support in helping to sort the arrangements out for a group heading out to complete the Three Peaks Challenge for charity was excellent and showed fantastic customer care. Already 1 mountain down!! Thankyou.
